  • Guests have access to the gated community and amenities at Yonahlossee Racquet Club. Access to amenities may require a daily fee.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking may be left outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person booking must sign the agreement and be present during the reserved dates.
  • No parties, events, or gatherings above posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise at a respectable level.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it may attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash receptacle as indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities may require a fee. $10 per day per person base fee for pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee is $25 for club use. Outdoor tennis and pickleball courts require an additional $10 per person; indoor courts require $20 per person.
  • Firewood may be added at booking or by request more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available. Enter the main level with just one step from the paved parking area.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher, and ice-maker provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet available.
  • Clothes washing machine, dryer, and ironing board & iron are provided.
  • A starter set of paper products (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths) is provided for 1-2 nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers visiting during winter months should be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required in snow. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers not prepared with proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
  • Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
